  • Rates are quoted In Bahrain Dinars and are per room per night.
  • All rates quoted are subject to 15% service Charge and 5% Government Levy
  • Rates are applicable irrespective of the season dates excluding black out dates.
  • Rates are exclusive of full buffet breakfast at the AI Waha Restaurant.
  • Rates are inclusive of added value items: Bottle of mineral water per person on arrival; Local newspaper; Tea and coffee making station.
  • Cancellation Policy: One night stay charge will be levied in case of cancellation / release of room, less than 24 hours prior to arrival and for a no-show.
  • Check In / Check Out: The check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs.
  • In case of a late check out between 12:00 hours and 18:00 hours, 50% of the room rate will be charged and thereafter the full room rate will be applied.
  • Rooms requests for early check in and late check out are subject to availability.
  • Child Policy: Two children up to 12 years can stay free in parent's room - in existing bedding.
  • Children between 4-12 years are entitled to 50% discount on meal prices. Children above 12 years will be charged the full rate.
