The Improving Production Reliability Workshop is a four day class that will teach participants to apply the production improvement cycle and associated production improvement tools for enhanced plant productivity and predictability. The workshop will provide instruction and practical exercises for participants covering:
Identifying projects/actions, including a standard process, metrics and review procedures to reduce or eliminate losses.
Development of leading indicators and metrics for tracking progress and maintaining control
Determining how a problem solution or process change is tested, developed into a specific set of instructions/procedures, standardized, and proliferated
The course will also highlight the role of Operations and Maintenance Management in establishing and managing an effective production optimization program in their facilities.
The Improving Production Reliability Workshop will:
Illustrate the importance of an effective production reliability strategy in optimizing operational effectiveness
Provide an understanding of the basic role and responsibilities of management and engineers
Introduce an innovative work management system for early defect detection to minimize equipment failures
Teach participants an innovative methodology to develop and manage an effective reliability production program in their facilities
